Agony caused plastic thrown into Sea Turtle writhes in pain as drinking straw is pulled from its Nose
This distressing footage shows the dangers of plastic and the detrimental effects it can have on marine wildlife if disposed of irresponsibly.
A male Olive Ridley sea turtle was discovered with a 12cm plastic straw lodged inside its nose in Costa Rican waters.
A research team rescued the turtle and explained, alongside a video of the removal procedure, that they first believed the foreign object was a parasitic worm.
They then set about attempting to remove it with the limited tools at their disposal and discovered that it was in fact a straw.
The team decided that a pair of pliers would be the best tool to pull the object free.

Why Did The Vatican Remove 14 Books From The Bible in 1684
The Vatican church, or the Roman Catholic church, has a long history of corruption and deception. Aside from literally committing acts of outright genocide several centuries ago against the Cathars, to sexually abusing children in more modern times, it is certainly one of the most corrupt organizations in history.
In the year 1611 the Bible was translated from Latin into English. Back then the Bible contained a total of 80 books and the last 14 books, which today have been excluded, made up the end of the Old Testament and were as follows:
- 1 Esdras
- 2 Esdras
- Tobit
- Judith
- The rest of Esther
- The Wisdom of Solomon
- Ecclesiasticus
- Baruch with the epistle Jeremiah
- The Songs of the 3 Holy children
- The history of Susana
- bel and the dragon
- The prayer for Manasses
- 1 Maccabees
- 2 Maccabees
In 1684 all of these books were removed from all versions except for a 1611 edition, which was the very first edition translated into English.
In this first edition you will also actually find that Jesus' name is spelled IESUS and pronounced Yahashua. So why then does everyone continue to call him Jesus, when the letter J did not even being used at the time?
One of these books that is particularly interesting, is the "Wisdom of Solomon". For those who don't know Solomon is one of the most legendary characters from the Bible. He was the son of David and is alleged to be the wisest man that has ever lived. He is painted largely as a benevolent figure. But what you read in this book will make you question everything you were told to believe about him.
Observe the following excerpt;
Wisdom of Solomon 2:1-24
1 For the ungodly said reasoning with them selves, but not aright, our life is short and tedious and in death of a man there is no remedy: neither was there any man known to have returned from the grave.
2 For we are born at all adventure: and we shall be hereafter as though we had never been: for the breath of our nostrils is as smoke, and the little spark in the moving of our heart
3 Which being extinguished, our body shall be turned into ashes, and our spirit shall vanish as the soft air,
4 And our name shall be forgotten in time, and no man shall have our works in remembrance, and our life shall pass away as the trace of a cloud, and shall be dispersed as a mist, that is driven away, with the beams of the sun, and overcome with the heat thereof.
5 For our time is very shadow that passeth away; and after our end there is no returning: for it is fast sealed, so that no man cometh again.
6 Come on there for let us enjoy the good things that are present: and let us speedily use the creatures like as in youth.
7 Let us fill ourselves with costly wine and ointments: and let no flower of the Spring pass by us.
8 Let us crown ourselves with rosebuds, before they be withered:
9 Let none of us go without his part of our voluptuousness: let us leave tokens of our joyfulness in every place: for this is our portion and our lot is this.

11 Let our strength be the law of justice: for that which is feeble is found to be nothing worth.
12 Therefore let us lie in wait for the righteous; because HE is not of our turn, and HE is clean contrary to our doings. He upbraideth us with our offending of the law, and ojecteth to our infamy the transgression of our education.
13 HE professeth to have the knowledge of the MOST HIGH, and calleth HIS self the child of the LORD.
14 HE was made to reprove our thoughts
15 HE is grievous unto us even to behold, for HIS life is not like other men’s, HIS ways are of another fashion.
16 We are esteemed of HIM as counterfeits: HE abstaineth from our ways as from filthiness: HE pronounceth the end of the just to be blessed, and maketh HIS boast that GOD is HIS father.
17 Let us see if HIS words be true: and let us prove what shall happen in the end of HIM.
18 For if the just man be the Son of THE MOST HIGH, HE will help HIM and deliver HIM from the hands of HIS enemies.
19 Let us examine HIM with despitefulness and torture, that we may know HIS meekness and prove HIS patience.
20 Let us condemn HIM with a shameful death: for by HIS own mouth HE shall be respected…..
This raises a number of important questions
- Who is Solomon speaking of killing with a "shameful death"?
- Why did the Vatican vote to have these 14 books removed from the Bible?
- Why did Solomon sound so crazy and evil in this book?
It seems that Solomon was speaking of Jesus. But Jesus was born roughly 900 years after his death. Could he have prophesied Jesus' coming? Let's consider why this could be who Solomon was talking about;
- They killed the SON with a shameful death
- The SON’s actions or fashions were different from everyone else’s
- HE claims to be and IS the child of The MOST HIGH
- He was a righteous poor man who would look at Solomon and others like him as "counterfeits".
- HE professeth to have knowledge of The MOST HIGH
Then listen to what Solomon has to say:
- HE was made to reprove (criticize) our thoughts
- We are esteemed of HIM as counterfeits: HE abstaineth from our ways as from filthiness: HE pronounceth the end of the just to be blessed, and maketh HIS boast that GOD is HIS father
- For if the just man be the Son of THE MOST HIGH, HE will help HIM and deliver HIM from the hands of HIS enemies.
And one last thing I would like to point out is when Solomon says;
- Let us oppress the poor righteous man, let us not spare the widow, nor reverence the ancient gray hairs of the aged.
This really disrupts everything we thought we knew. Solomon really and truly sounds evil. He is also alleged to be the wisest man in history.
Interestingly, Solomon is a man who was engulfed in the occult, he worshiped multiple gods and was weak for women. And the famous Temple of Solomon is considered to be the spiritual birth place of Freemasonry, a movement that is (at the highest levels) associated with pulling the strings of major global events and argued to be the true controlling power of our world.
Whatever is really going on here, we should certainly research it further.

Fluoride Officially Classified as a Neurotoxin in World’s Most Prestigious Medical Journal
The movement to remove industrial sodium fluoride from the world’s water supply has been growing in recent years, with evidence coming out against the additive from several sources.
Now, a report from the world’s oldest and most prestigious medical journal, The Lancet, has officially classified fluoride as a neurotoxin — in the same category as arsenic, lead and mercury.
The news was broken by author Stefan Smyle, who cited a report published in The Lancet Neurology, Volume 13, Issue 3, in the March 2014 edition, by authors Dr. Phillippe Grandjean and Philip J. Landrigan, MD. The report, which was officially released in 2014 and published in the journal, can be viewed by clicking here.
Fluoride Classified Along with Mercury, Lead and Others
As noted in the summary of the report, a systematic review identified five different similar industrial chemicals as developmental neurotoxicants: lead, methylmercury, polychlorinated biphenyls, arsenic, and toluene.
The summary goes on to state that six additional developmental neurotoxicants have also now been identified: manganese, fluoride, chlorpyrifos, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, and the polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The authors added that even more of these neurotoxicants remain undiscovered.
Also in the report, they note that neurodevelopmental disabilities, including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, and other cognitive impairments, are now affecting millions of children worldwide in what they call a “pandemic of developmental neurotoxicity.”
Because of the documented health risks of fluoride, many people have launched campaigns to remove the chemical from their water supplies, to varying degrees of success.
Such initiatives usually begin through the are often controversial and emotionally charged because of the reputation fluoride still enjoys among mainstream dentistry practitioners.
In addition to fluoride in city water supplies, the substance can also be found in certain foods, especially in heavily processed brands of tea that may be grown in polluted areas (see this list for more info).
If you’ve ever noticed the warnings on toothpaste labels you probably know just how serious fluoride poisoning can be, especially for children if they swallow too much at one time.
Because of this threat, many parents have begun eschewing fluoridated toothpaste brands altogether and are using more natural brands such as Earthpaste, Desert Essence, Uncle Harry’s Toothpaste Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste line, or even making their own from a combination of ingredients such as coconut oil, organic neem leaf powders, essential oils like peppermint or cinnamon, and other natural ingredients.
The fluoride added to our water supply is mostly seen as a cumulative toxin that accumulates in our bodies and can manifest itself in problems over time, including dental fluorosis, or far worse health problems.
Global Fluoride Prevention Strategy Recommended
In the Lancet report, the authors propose a global prevention strategy, saying that “untested chemicals should not be presumed to be safe to brain development, and chemicals in existing use and all new chemicals must therefore be tested for developmental neurotoxicity.”
They continue: “To coordinate these efforts and to accelerate translation of science into prevention, we propose the urgent formation of a new international clearinghouse.”
The report coincides with 2013 findings by a Harvard University meta-analysis funded by the National Institutes of Health that concluded that children in areas with highly fluoridated water have “significantly lower” IQ scores that those who live in areas with low amounts of fluoride in their water supplies.
Sodium fluoride in drinking water has also been linked to various cancers. It is functionally different than the naturally-occurring calcium fluoride, and commonly added to drinking water supplies and used by dentists who posit that it is useful for dental health.
Fluoride Link to Cancer
Long-lost research linking fluoride to cancer has resurfaced in a Dutch film clip featuring Dr. Dean Burk, who in 1937 co-founded the US National Cancer Institute (NCI) and headed its cytochemistry department for over 30 years. In the taped interview, he equates water fluoridation to "public murder," referring to a study that had been done on the 10 largest U.S. cities with fluoridation compared to the 10 largest without it.
The study clearly demonstrated that deaths from cancer abruptly rose in as little as a year or two after fluoridation began. This and other studies linking fluoride to cancer were government-ordered but were quickly buried once fluoride was found to be linked to dramatic increases in cancer.
Fluoridation is Actually Uncommon in Europe
Currently, fluoride is added to water supplies across much of North America, but as this list of countries that ban or reject water fluoridation shows, the practice is actually not too common, or banned entirely throughout most of Europe and in several other developed nations across the world.
Since most places in America still add fluoride to the water a high quality water filter is recommend to filter out the fluoride, and it can be especially important to avoid exposing yourself to too much fluoride in your daily shower or bath.
Many Towns are Being Pressured to Remove Flouride
While it was originally added as a way to assist in the area of dental health, more and more people are questioning whether that is actually true and many towns are removing fluoride due to grassroots citizens’ movements.

This innocent man who spent 39 years in prison can teach us a lesson on attitude

When we are wronged, it is easy to become bitter and cynical. Often our anger turns into hate, which only serves to harm us more than the people who have wronged us. Learning to forgive and move on can be one of life’s toughest lessons. Ricky Jackson, a man who was released from prison in 2014 after serving 39 years for a crime he did not commit is a shining example to all of us on how to do exactly that.
Ricky Jackson’s story
Jackson was convicted of the murder of a man named Harold Franks, along with two friends, in 1975, at the age of 19. The evidence against Jackson was all based on the witness statement of a thirteen-year-old boy, on a school bus that was a block away from the scene.
The boy, Eddie Vernon, was challenged by classmates at the time, as they all claimed that it would have been impossible for him to have seen the murder from where the bus was.
There was no further evidence presented to the jury in Cleveland, Ohio, to back up the unreliable witness statement, but it was enough to see Jackson sentenced to death. Jackson and his friends only avoided execution because of a paperwork error, which opened up the opportunity for them to appeal their charges.
At an appeal hearing in 2014, Vernon finally admitted that it had in fact been impossible for him to witness the crime from his position on the bus. He went on to claim that he had been coerced into testifying against Jackson by police. The case once more highlights the flaws in the US justice system.
‘The scale of the miscarriage of justice in Ricky Jackson’s case is staggering,’ said Clive Stafford-Smith, the head of Reprieve, a London-based human rights charity. ‘Much of what went wrong in Mr. Jackson’s case is very familiar: a witness coached by the police into a version of events that would gain an easy conviction; a woeful lack of reliable evidence linking him to the crime; inept lawyering, especially for poor people; a jury or judge not willing to countenance doubt; and a ‘justice’ system where, once convicted, it becomes nearly impossible to overturn a sentence.’
Thanks to his team of lawyers, Jackson will now receive $2 million in compensation. However, no matter how high the sum of money is it can never adequately compensate for taking away nearly forty years of his life and preventing him from living a normal life.
Forgiveness
Faced with such a tragic situation, it would be understandable for Jackson to be bitter and angry. However, his attitude towards the situation encapsulates the enduring power of the human spirit.
When he was asked if he felt angry about his incarceration after his release, his answer was truly inspiring. ‘A lot of people will want me to hate that person and carry animosity towards him but I don’t,’ he said. ‘As far as that young man is concerned I don’t hate him, I just wish he has a good life… it took a lot of courage to say he lied. In the end, he came through for me and I’m grateful.’
Rather than dwelling on what had been lost, Jackson pledged to make the most of his new-found freedom and to live as wonderful a life as he could. His anger and bitterness were non-existent, he accepted the reality of his existence.
According to the respected therapist, Dr. Andrea Brandt, forgiveness teaches you to embrace your life for what it is and move forwards. ‘By forgiving, you are accepting the reality of what happened and finding a way to live in a state of resolution with it.’
This forgiveness thought process is echoed by the world-renowned spiritual author, Dr. Wayne Dyer, who saw holding onto rage as a way of polluting the human condition. ‘If you’re filled with anger, you are one more person who contributes to the pollution of anger,’ he said. ‘Instead, remember that you have no need to wrong others or to retaliate when you’ve been wronged.’
These lessons are ones that Ricky Jackson learned instinctively over his 39 years in prison. However, they can be learned by each of us if we take the time to educate ourselves spiritually. Jackson is an example of how to move on from pain and suffering, in order to maximize the short time we are given on this earth.

Almost no children in France are medicated for ADHD This is how they define treat it
The French do not recognize ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) rejecting the idea that medicines that are usually prescribed for the condition are at all helpful.
These two very different cultures have different ADHD levels in children, in America the rate is 19 percent, and in France, it’s .5% – a half of a percent. For that half percent, the treatment includes no chemical or medicine whatsoever, opting for older fashioned methods.
French children are subjected to much less sugar and additive-laden foods. Sugary cereals, fast food and fizzy drinks are consumed in much less volume than in the U.S, they are not shown the same advert driven television programs and lead an altogether more simple life.
In 1998, Dr. Edward C. Hamlyn of the Royal College of General Practitioners said, “ADHD is fraud intended to justify starting children on a life of drug addiction". One of the founding fathers of ADHD as a medical psychiatric disorder, Leon Eisenberg, confessed on his deathbed in 2009 at the age of 87, “ADHD is a prime example of a fictitious disease.” The evidence is overwhelming that the 'treatment' for this 'condition' is a fraud.
Cognitive therapy was traded in for drugs a long time ago. Doctors are urged to write prescriptions as the government and BigPharma are in it together.
Psychiatrists were known to give all of 15 minutes time to a patient and be writing out a prescription for pharmaceuticals. Only drastic circumstances would allow for a review of the prescription, as patients' complaints fell on the deaf ears.
This culture of giving pills away like candy resulted in children as young as three be prescribed drungs such as Ritalin (methylphenidate) and Adderall (amphetamine, dextroamphetamine mixed salts), without any other methods being tried first. There are now 5 million children in the U.S. on Ritalin or Adderall who have been resigned to either a life sentence of these drugs, or the awful process of weening themselves off them if they decide to do so.

Famous pianist plays on ‘melting’ glacier in stunning video
Beautiful, sad music emanates from a floating platform amidst collapsing glaciers. Famed Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi took to this temporary stage to provide a soundtrack to the plight of the Arctic Circle. “It is important that we understand the importance of the Arctic, stop the process of destruction and protect it,” the composer said.
In a stirring video created by Greenpeace, Ludovico Einaudi plays on a platform floating in the Arctic Ocean. Einaudi’s music provides a soundtrack to the Wahlenbergbreen glacier’s early melting. The haunting music shows the peaceful, almost contemplative, setting of the arctic ocean as well as the chaos and suddenness of glacier melt and collapse.
The music video has struck a chord with global audiences, crossing the 300,000 view mark in less than 2 days. The attention is crucial to protecting these fragile and globally important waters.
The Arctic helps regulate weather for the entire planet, features immense bio diversity, and should be protected for future generations, according to Greenpeace, which organized the concert. Despite its size and global importance, the Arctic waters are among the least protected and regulated in the world due in part to the complex sovereignty issues in the region. The video is meant to support a petition to get world leaders to protect the region.
More than 7.5 million people have signed Greenpeace’s petition to create a protected sanctuary in the international waters of the Arctic. The video is designed for a last public push behind the proposal before representatives from 15 nations and the EU meet in Spain this week to discuss it.
The 15 nations and the EU are part of the OSPAR, an international commission formed to coordinate protection of the marine environment of the North-East Atlantic. The commission’s mandate covers a portion of the Arctic Circle.
The proposal in front of the commission includes a territory equivalent in size to the United Kingdom. While only 10% of the long-term goal Greenpeace is working toward, this sizeable sanctuary would be a major step forward.
The haunting composition from Einaudi is the perfect illustration of the plight facing the Arctic. Famed for his soundtracks including films like Black Swan, his composition in the video captures both the pensive quiet of the Arctic and the cataclysmic melting going on each day.
“Being here has been a great experience. I could see the purity and fragility of this area with my own eyes and interpret a song I wrote to be played upon the best stage in the world,” the composer told reporters.
The Arctic waters are under increasing threats from climate change and human activity in the region. As ice melts and recedes, new waterways and fishing areas have opened up spurring a significant increase in boat traffic, which brings its own destructive impacts to the fragile ecosystem.
